How long does it take to deliver my package?

Delivery times vary from 1-2 business days for all UK orders. All international orders can take anywhere between 2-10 business days. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays.)

How much does it cost for shipping?

We charge one flat rate for delivery depending on the country we are shipping to.

For all UK Deliveries: £ 3.95
For all International Deliveries: £ 6.95

Do you ship out the products on the same day that I order it?

Yes,if ordered by 3pm GMT and you live within the UK we can guaranteed next day delivery however for international orders it can take up to 48 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order, and to make sure there are no mistakes or errors. Once your order has been verified and confirmed by our verification team, your order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department.

How does my package get shipped out?

If you are located in the UK, your package will be shipped to you by Royal Mail. If you reside in any country other than the UK, your package will be handled by EMS/Royal Mail and then delivered to you by your national postal service (i.e., Canadian packages are delivered by Canada Post, United States packages are delivered by USPS, etc.).

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, as signatures for our packages are required. This is to ensure the safe arrival of each package to the correct person, and to prevent any fraudulent orders.

Do you deliver to all other countries?

Yes, EMS/Royal Mail allow us to deliver to countries all over the world.

I'm leaving the country in 2 days; can I have the product shipped to me overnight?

Yes, providing we receive the order by 3pm, we are able to ship our packages overnight.

How discreet is the package? Will other people know what is inside?

Our packages are completely discreet. There is no mention of the content written or shown anywhere on the package, and everything is securely shipped in a normal small bubble wrap envelope.
